Personal Description:
I am currently working as a Process Engineer at Intel Ireland, with a strong academic background as a former researcher (Ph.D.) and lecturer (HAPL) at Technological University Dublin. My passion lies in teaching mathematics and physics, where I find immense fulfillment in tutoring. I see tutoring as a powerful way to bridge the gap between a student's current understanding and their academic success.
With a patient and empathetic approach, I strive to create a supportive learning environment that boosts students' confidence and fosters a deeper appreciation for the subject. My goal is to inspire and empower learners to reach their full potential through clear explanations, encouragement, and consistent guidance.

Approach to Grinds:
Personalized Assessment: I begin by evaluating the student’s current understanding—identifying both strengths and areas for improvement. This helps tailor the grind sessions to their specific needs, aiming to boost performance through focused learning and practice.
Consistent Homework: Students will receive regular homework assignments, which will be reviewed and discussed to reinforce learning.
Monthly Concept Checks: Monthly tests will be conducted to assess conceptual clarity and track progress.
Interactive Sessions: Each session will be highly interactive, with students actively solving problems during class to enhance engagement and understanding.
Supplementary Resources: Comprehensive notes will also be provided to support independent study.
